Care that prioritizes long-term well-being.

Care built on trust.

With more than 26 years of nursing experience, I bring a unique perspective to psychiatric care grounded in compassion, advocacy, and continuity of care.

My background in mental health, including higher levels of care (crisis care, residential, PHP, and IOP), prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause care, allows me to support clients through some of life’s most significant transitions.

I believe effective care begins with understanding each person’s story, goals, and needs to create a long term, personalized path forward.

A philosophy you can count on.
