Investing in your mental health.

Seeking mental health care is an investment in your well-being, your relationships, and your future. I believe that financial conversations should be transparent, straightforward, and free from unnecessary surprises. My goal is to help you understand exactly what to expect so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Why I chose private practice.

Choosing a private pay model allows me to focus my time and energy where it belongs, providing thoughtful, personalized care to every client. Rather than working within the limitations often imposed by insurance companies, I am able to prioritize individualized treatment, longer appointment times, and collaborative decision-making based solely on your needs, not insurance requirements.

Insurance companies frequently determine what services are covered, how long appointments may last, and when or if providers are reimbursed. By operating as a private pay practice, I am able to preserve the quality, consistency, and continuity of care that I believe every client deserves. I also provide our clients with Superbills which can me submitted to your insurance plan for reimbursement.

More Time Together

Appointments are designed to provide the time needed for thoughtful conversations and individualized care and are not shortened by insurance limitations.
